Zhang Xiaogang, former President of International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Zhang Xiaogang have successively held the posts of former Director of Science and Technology Development Department of Angang Company, Deputy Chief Engineer, President Assistant of Angang Company, Vice President of Angang Company, Standing Vice President of Angang Company, President and Secretary of Party Committee of Ansteel Group Corporation.
The alternate member of the 17th Central Committee, the member of the 18th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the member of the 11th National People's Congress.
Zhang Xiaogang from January 2007 to January 2009, served as Chairman of the China Iron and Steel Industry Association. In October, 2011 he was elected as President of the World Steel Association, becoming the first Chinese President of the World Steel Association during the past 50 years in history.
In September 2013, Zhang Xiaogang was elected New President of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), with the term from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2017. It is the first time the Chinese people in this organization have held the highest leadership positions since ISO was founded in 1947.
Now, Zhang Xiaogang takes position of President of Inspection and Testing Innovation Alliance of China(ITIAOC), working as member of Special Committee for Strategic Consulting and Comprehensive Review, expert of National Quality Brand Committee, member of Iron and Steel Expert Group of G20 Follow-up, deputy leader of China Standards 2035 Project Group, member of China Standardization Expert Committee.
张晓刚，国际标准化组织（ISO）原主席
历任鞍钢科技部部长，鞍钢副总工程师，鞍钢总经理助理，鞍钢副总经理，鞍钢常务副总经理，鞍钢总经理、党委书记。
第十七届中央候补委员，第十八届中央纪委委员，第十一届全国人大代表。
2007年1月至2009年1月期间，曾任中国钢铁工业协会会长。2011年10月当选世界钢铁协会主席，成为世界钢铁协会近50年历史上第一位来自中国的主席。
2013年9月，当选新一届国际标准化组织（ISO）主席，任期自2015年1月1日至2017年12月31日，这是1947年ISO成立以来，中国人首次担任这一国际组织的最高领导职务。
